Once your company approves the offer, the formal process begins. After mutual agreement is reached, the determined total amount will be paid by your company via bank transfer/EFT or corporate credit card.   • Included Services: The gift voucher is valid for a full year (365 days) from the date it is generated (issued) in the system. The user can initiate reservation procedures at any time within this period.
  • Exclusions: Gift certificates that have expired after one year from the date of issue are automatically considered invalid; extensions, renewals, or refunds are not possible.

2. Product and Service Rights

  • Included Services: International tours, cruise tours, Cyprus hotels, cultural tours, domestic and international hotel accommodations, and combined hotel + flight packages.
  • Exclusions: Individual (single) airfare purchases, car rentals, transfer services, bus tickets, visa processing, travel insurance, extra hotel expenses (food and beverages, etc.), and museum/archaeological site entrance fees cannot be financed with this voucher.

3. Financial Transactions and Balance Management

  • Included Services:

Partial Use: If the service fee is less than the amount on the voucher, the remaining balance can be used for another reservation during the voucher's validity period.

Limit Exceeded: If the service fee is higher than the check amount, the resulting price difference can be paid by credit card (with installment options) or bank transfer/EFT.

  • Exclusions: Gift certificates cannot be transferred to third parties, converted into cash, or claimed for refund under any circumstances.
